Can you even believe it’s already Christmas, next week? I’m a little sad because I don’t want this season to end, but also feeling SO much joy that we get to share it with Madelyn! My first thought is about traditions.
I can’t wait to start our own Christmas traditions as a family. Starting with ornaments for now, while Madelyn is so young and can’t quite participate in too much (other than stealing the show!).

I think I will have a separate tree just for unique photo frames with her photos in them. I love the rustic feel of these frames. Our tree was in need of that finishing touch, and I can’t stop glancing over in awe of how perfectly our photos pulled it all together.
I love being cozy at home. The feeling of a warm and inviting home is the absolute best. I think that’s what I love the most about the Holidays . . . being able to bring out all of my favorite decorations I have acquired. These felt reindeer and snow faux trees were the perfect addition, and Maddy loves the reindeer!
Now that Madelyn is part of our life, I want to have those special pieces for her to be excited to bring out each year, just like I was when I was a young girl.
How precious is this personalized santa bag for her gifts?! How much fun is that?!
I can’t wait to watch Maddy pull her presents out!

We had so much fun playing by the tree while I decorated. I hope you all enjoy these photos as much as I do! Even if I am a huge sap and cried watching the video 🙂
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, my dear friends.
What Holiday traditions do you have?
