I know, I’m wearing this denim a lot lately. I’ve found that maternity denim is too big in the legs for me (hi stick legs) , and the only way I’m actually comfortable is if I wear my favorite pair with a belly band. I have to constantly pull up and adjust the maternity denim I bought, and these just stay haha! It doesn’t hurt that they are perfectly distressed. (in my opinion)
I love the look of dressy pieces, and shoes with distressed denim.

Over the weekend I had a few things I needed to be in Charleston for, so Christopher and I decided to take a day trip together. After we finally got out of the house (I’m a huge sap of a mother and it took me quite a bit to leave Madelyn all day) and actually got into the city, it was almost late afternoon, so we rushed our errands and tried to snap a few outfit shots. I always feel so rushed when I visit Charleston – it feels like we are only there for an hour and the rest is a blur from trying to cram everything we want to do into a few hours. One of these days we will actually stay overnight and be able to enjoy the city and relax!
PS: This blazer is everything. A timeless piece for your wardrobe, that you pretty much need in every color. I also picked it up in “warm camel” – obsessed. I have a thing for camel paired with grey and black right now.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
