Due to the custom and handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns of refunds. However if there is a workmenship error please contact us. If a problem is found your item will be exchanged for the same item and pattern only.

All products will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class mail. After the items are shipped the rest is up to USPS.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered or damages made to the package/items once in USPS care. Please contact your local post office if any of these situations were to arise. If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me before your order is place.
